Refund /Exchange 

• For unwanted items, returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the items are in a sellable condition.
• We are unable to refund, replace, or exchange items that are not deemed re-sellable.
• For customers within Kuwait, returned items will be processed within 24 hours from the date of return receipt. 
• International clients should expect the return process to take up to 15 days from the date of return receipt.
• Invoice should be sent to accept refund process.

Return Shipping Costs (International):

• If returning items from outside of Kuwait, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

• Invoice should be sent first along with the refund request.
• Upon receiving the item in a re-sellable condition, a confirmation email will be sent.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 10 days to reflect on your statement from the time of the issue.
• Please note that the timeline for this process varies depending on the bank and payment method used.
